You immediately sense he is deep into history and gets directly to the insights (instead of boring facts without apparent relevance). Also very engaged and engaging with our group, really looking after the people in the group and ensuring they have a good time!!
Excellent guides such as Dan, Rafa, Amir Call Or, J I wish there was a little more exploration time but I do understand how much there is to see in such little time. Some of the schedules were changed by the company and I had to call every day to confirm but the people at Bein Harim tour company were extremely helpful over the phone and made sure things were sorted. Good hotel as well.
