Was waiting for me, helped me with my suitcase and delivered me to the very spot in Jerusalem that I needed to be dropped off. Lovely.

The ride was comfortable and took me to my hotel in promptly. The only issue I had was that there weren’t clear instructions on where to be met. I assumed it was at the exit from the airport immigration gate. When I chased up the help number it was all sorted out and I was directed upstairs to L2 Exit 23.
