The driver was professional and on time, took the bag and even if they didn't have no one, so he drove me alone to the Airport... 20min from hotel zone to the aeroport

Antonio Mora was the person in charge of manage our transportation. Unfortunately, the airline had lost our luggage. However, as soon as we got into our hotel, Antonio was INCREDIBLE, HELPFUL and even going ABOVE SND BEYOND the service to make sure we had what we needed after this stressful situation.
I am really happy with the service Nexus Tours provided, but Antonio Mora was so empathetic that made our trip feel like we were at home.

Took some time for the shuttle to get going since I was only one to be taken to hotel in centro area.. anyway, driver was good, shuttle was good (comfortable, good a/c), no issues. I'd recommend.

Upon arrival into cancun we were kindly greeted by members of the Nexus team who were taking us to our hotel. They were extremely welcoming and super kind, taking our luggage for us and giving us information with very clear communication.
After the perfect routine transfer to our hotel, our rep for the time we were there introduced himself as Roger Martinez. He gave us all the information needed and went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying and had no problems. After getting his number to communicate more, he answered quickly and was an amazing person to deal with.
We booked the Isla Mujeres trip with Nexus through Roger and he ran through the different price options telling us all we needed to know, going into detail and making sure we were informed. Great honesty from a true gentleman. We also met another Nexus worker who i believe was Rafael, he was also a funny and approachable person so shoutout to him. The Isla Mujeres trip was an all round amazing experience and i highly recommend it to anybody, it is worth every dollar. Big respect to Roger for his hard work and dedication to making sure we enjoyed our trip to Cancun. He is a credit to Nexus Tours and we wish him all the very best.
Thank you very much Nexus and we will certainly be coming back to use your services next time we return to Mexico, Adios for now!

Transportation to and from the airport was excellent & I would highly recommend using this company. All the drivers was very courteous and friendly. Even the Nexus coordinator Agus insured that was we were prepared for our return be home.

We travelled with Sunwing for the first time. Our all inclusive vacation at the Hideaway Royalton in Cancun was great. I rarely write reviews, but I would like to highlight Azael one of Sunwing’s representatives on site who provided a first class service managing four golf events during our 10 days vacations. Azael went above and behind to faufile our needs. He took the time to lesson and to find solution to accommodate us…his care for clients is best in class. excellent service from the company since we arrived at the airport, the units quite comfortable and the arrival at the hotel super fast.
At the hotel Duvan was kind enough to help us change our pick up time as it was too early.

They provided an average service. The difficult part was the hotel pick up to the airport. The driver was late and nobody told us. We sent emails and they did not know were the driver was. Lack of communication and customer service.
