My trip to Galilee was switched with another day which meant I was able to be Baptized in The River Jordan ON MY BIRTHDAY! It was incredible!
Guide and driver were excellent.

In July 2020, we went on a 2 day + tour of the North starting in Tel Aviv and ending in Jerusalem. Our guide's name was probably Yaakov, but he called himself Yakkey. I had been to Israel several times, but 30 years ago. The change and growth amazing! Yakkey was great, he injected personal history, warmth and obvious love of Israel at every step. The tour ended in Jerusalem, and when we reached Hebrew University in Jerusalem, He broke out a bottle of wine to drink a "L'Chaim" with everyone. What a sweet touch! He left such a lasting positive impression on my wife and me, that even a year later, I still felt compelled to leave a glowing review about him, this tour and this company.
Best Tour Ever Imaginable

Our guide, Meni Tzabari, was the most patient, compassionate, gracious, interesting, honest, trustworthy, funny, logical, straight-forth, candid, organized, considerate, respectful and caring person that I`ve met in a longtime. Meni gave me a new way of looking at life and a new love for my Jewish heritage . I am a Jewish believer in Christ for the last 46 years and Meni has made many things clearer to me by the way he guided and explained everything on this wonderful and memorable trip of a life time. I am forever grateful for having met him.
Do this tour…but only with no other options

I wish I could give this tour a better review since the sites we visited were definitely worth seeing.

Pros:
- beautiful sites with historical and religious significance
- you are driven between multiple places in one day that would be difficult to do using public transport on a short timeline
- enjoyable and friendly people on the tour
- energetic guide Yossi
- decently comfortable bus (although ac vents not uniformly working throughout the bus)

Cons:
- if you’re coming from Jerusalem, expect to spend a lot of time picking others up from the hotels
- lots of time on the bus (not sure if this is unavoidable or not) - at least 6h driving out of a 13h tour
- late dropoff >1h over when expected (and for some of my co-tourists, also very late pickup)
- very quick pace in the sites but stopping for a long time at 2 tourist trap shops
- guide not paying attention to the signs that said silence in churches, etc, giving the Tour talk loudly when people were there praying, in a way that I felt was disrespecting the space and the others there for religious reasons
- awful lunch option, so sad because the food here can be excellent. But you’re given one option and it is poor in quality, expensive and loud/busy with other tour groups. I believe bein harim tours stop here too.

Overall, I’m glad I went but I definitely wouldn’t use this operator again unless I had no other choice. Of note I booked with a different company, but the operator they gave me was rent a guide.
