Great tour with a great guide

The tour was intense, but absolutely worthy. Yossi is an excellent, well-read and interactive guide, always ready to give further information and keep interest at the highest level!
One day tour experience

Everything was very well organized. The time to visit all three sites was optimal. The tour guide was very professional, engaged in discussions, and spontaneous. I enjoyed the entire experience.
Great tour with Avi

We had a great tour with Avi, I like that he took us to the sites and spots at the best times to avoid crowds. The day was well organised and even with a little extra music that Avi played on a local guitar at the lunch
Great experience

Our tour guide Avi was great, he even played some local music instrument.
We went to the places that were stated, didn't pass by tourist shops, which let us more quality time to focus on the History of the 3 cities we visited.
Thank you!
Mixed experience.

The Caesarea, Haifa and Akko tour was excellent. Good clean vehicles, engaging and knowledgeable guides, fast-paced program, beautiful sites and no time wasted. Highly recommended.

After a good experience with this company, we followed by booking Jerusalem and Bethlehem day tour, and had a complete opposite experience.

We were all stuffed into a little old van with no air. As we were the last ones to board, the only two seats remaining were in the last row of the van - which were dark, stuffy and had no windows. So, whenever the guide said - "look to the right, look to the left", we felt like we paid half-price for the tour as we got to see nothing.

The first stop was at a gift shop that lasted exactly 2 hours. Not sure why such long stop is warranted as there were saw only 2-3 people making a purchase out of our entire tour group. The rest idled around, some waited outside the shop under the sun for all two hours.
Second Stop: The line to get to the church in Bethlehem was 2,5 hours. To get to see the sight we were instructed to "use elbows" and to push through sea of people.
Third stop: After stressful morning (first in dark van, then in crowded church queue), we were brought to the basement of some building and were offered to buy overpriced and unappealing lunch. Needless to say, we chose to escape and have coffee in a nearby open-air coffee shop. We saw number of people from our tour doing the same.
Fourth stop: very similar to "use your elbows" experience, but now on the streets in Jerusalem and finally the church. Through noise and crowds it was impossible to hear guide's explanation, which was a shame because we were really looking forward to our day in Jerusalem.

The next day we decided to explore Jerusalem on our own and had an amazing day. Looking back, I shouldn't have booked this tour and just done everything on own.

I don't know if the company would be willing to make any modification to this tour, but at the very least, they could use newer vehicles with working a/c or functioning windows, and perhaps allocating less people per tour so the dreadful last row is not occupied by four poor souls who can't breath and have no window to look out to.
